Regina McMoran West

Regina McMoran West, born on February 16, 1950, in Conway, Arkansas, peacefully passed away on September 26, 2025, in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. A loving and devoted grandmother, Regina was known for her kind heart and vibrant soul. She lit up every room with her smile.

She is survived by her loving husband, Walter David West, beloved granddaughter, Cassidy Keeling, and her son, Kirt M. Keeling. Regina's legacy of love and compassion will undoubtedly live on through them. Regina was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Edward McMoran and Treecie Owen McMoran, and sister, Maxine Coble, whose memory she cherished throughout her life.

As a lifelong Presbyterian, Regina's faith played an important role in her life, guiding her actions and shaping her values throughout her journey.

A graveside service to honor Regina's life will be held on October 17, 2025, at Florence National Cemetery in Florence, South Carolina. The service will commence at 11:00 AM, with an opportunity for family and friends to gather in remembrance of a remarkable woman who lived her life with grace and love.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
