Raymond H. Oldham, Jr., 83, of Charleston, South Carolina, widower of Miriam Elizabeth Brewer Oldham entered into eternal rest Thursday, August 6, 2015. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 8, 2015 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 3:30P.M. Interment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 2:30 p.m. until the time of service.
Raymond was born January 1, 1932 in Dalton, Georgia, son of the late Raymond H. Oldham, Sr., and Dorothy Hall Oldham. He was a retired Captain with the U.S. Army National Guard. Raymond was a Supervisor with ATandT Communications and a life time member and past exalted ruler of the Elks Lodge 242 and also a member of the First Baptist Church of Charleston.
He is survived by his son, David Michael Oldham (Nancy) of West Columbia, SC; daughter, Linda K. White of Charleston, SC, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, brother, Dan Oldham of Charleston, SC.
