Randolph Maynard Gold

Randolph Maynard Gold, 76, of Goose Creek, SC, husband of Jean Seegers Gold died Monday, July 15, 2013. A funeral service will be held Friday, July 19, 2013 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOOD CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, at 11:00 am. Interment, with military honors Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 18, 2013 in the Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

Randolph Gold was born October 27, 1936 in Shelby, NC, son of the late Raleigh Gold and the late Annie Padgett Gold. He was a US Marine Corps veteran and served as a Deacon at Stono Baptist Church. He was a former insurance agent and owner and operator of R&R Pest Control.

He is survived by his wife, Jean Gold of Goose Creek, SC; sons: Randy Gold and his wife Tina of Columbia, SC, Rev. David Gold and his wife Julie of Ft. Myers, FL, Richard Gold of Goose Creek, SC; brother, Steve Gold and his wife Jane of Elgin, SC; sister, Gayla Grafing and her husband Bob of Wadmalaw Island, SC; sister-in-law, Shirley Gold of Goose Creek, SC; grandchildren: Katelyn Gold, Randy Michael Gold, Lucas Gold, Tucker Gold, Raleigh Gold and his wife Hope, Joe Gold, Malea Gold, Joshua Gold, Charlotte Gold, Lora Gold, Hunter Gold and Travis Gold; great-grandchild, Landon Conejo. He was preceded in death by his brother, Allen Gold.
