Ralph Leonard Breuer, 89, of Charleston, South Carolina, widower of Jamie Cannon Breuer entered into eternal rest Saturday, March 29, 2014.

His funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2014 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL at 2:00 p.m. Interment, Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday in Stuhr's Downtown Chapel from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Ralph was born May 14, 1924 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Ernest Rippie Breuer and Marguerite Mellard Breuer. He was a retired shipfitter with the Charleston Naval Shipyard. He was a US Navy veteran, having served in WW II and was a member of VFW Post #5091.He is survived by his three daughters, Linda Wiggins (Ed) of Gaston, SC, Debbie Keller (Holland) of Ridgeville, SC and Pam Evans (Sam) of Charleston, SC; two sons, Ralph "Lenny" L. Breuer (Ginger) of Brandon, FL and Jamie Hallie Breuer of Brooklyn, NY; one sister, Marty Brooks of Milan, IL; he is also survived by nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
