Entered into eternal rest on November 2, 2012, Rachel Marie Harrison, 86, widow of Charles "Chuck" H. Harrison, Jr., of Mason, OH, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, SC. The relatives and friends of Rachel Harrison are invited to attend her funeral services Wednesday, November 7, 2012 in Sunrise Presbyterian Church at 11:00 am. Entombment will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday in the church from 9:30 until 10:30 am. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.

Rachel was born November 12, 1925, daughter of the late John H. Harrison and Lena Earnhardt Harrison Rives. She was educated in the Spencer N.C. schools and the University of N.C. Greensboro. Rachel served as a church organist for churches in Asheville N.C. and in Charleston, S.C. She spent many years working in the banking industry and was an avid tennis player and played on many tennis teams in the Charleston area. She shared her talents with many in such a loving and unselfish way and was a member of the Sunrise Presbyterian Church, Sullivan's Island, SC and Faith Community Methodist Church in
West Chester, OH.

She is survived by her three daughters, Linda H. Keller of St. Augustine, FL, Becky Miller (Terry) of Liberty Township, OH, and Terri Spragg (Mike) of Aiken, SC; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; beloved family friends, Cathy Weston of West Chester, OH and The Thigpen Family of Mount Pleasant, SC.
