Rachael Renee Bowick

Rachael Renee Bowick, 56, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Sunday, December 10, 2017. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be private.

Rachael was born December 20, 1960 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Florence Kleckley Bowick and the late Walter Kenneth Bowick,Sr. Renee graduated from James Island High School and was in the Miss James Island Beauty contest. She was a member of Job's Daughters, and James Island Chapter 284 Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her mother, Florence Kleckley Bowick of Charleston, SC; two sons, Alexander Stephen Brakefield, and Trevor Christian Brakefield of Charleston, SC; two sisters, Ellen Bowick Torres of Johns Island, SC, and Carol Bowick Molony (Randy) of Charleston, SC; two brothers, W. Kenneth Bowick, Jr., of Canterbury, NH, George D. Bowick of MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and a grandniece.
