Phyllis R. Till

Phyllis R. Till, 90, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Saturday, December 14, 2024. Her Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024, in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, at 1:00 PM. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.

Phyllis was born January 27, 1934 in Newark, New Jersey, daughter of the late Eugene Dennis and Ruth Nafie Dennis. She was a Key Punch Operator. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, and traveling around the world with her daughter. Phyllis loved a good sunset.

She is survived by her sister, Judith K. Mangrum (Oren) of Charleston, SC; nieces, Katherine "Katie" Seagroves of Charleston, SC, Lorena DelGrosso (Dominick) of McClellanville, SC, Kara Horton of Ravenel, SC; nephews, Eugene D. Mangrum (Kimberly) of Pittsburgh, PA, Daniel Dennis (Nicole) of Arizona, and John Dennis (Jenine) of Tennessee. 

Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, John G. Till; daughter, Laura Ann Till, and brother Robert Dennis.
