Peyton Elisabeth Fontenot, 6, of Charleston, SC, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013. The relatives and friends of Peyton Fontenot are invited to attend her Funeral Service at Seacoast Church, 750 Long Point Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends at J. HENRY STUHR INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Peyton was born on May 15, 2006 in Houston, TX, daughter of Ronald James Fontenot, Jr. and Sarah Jane Fontenot. She was a student of Daniel Island School.

She is survived by her parents, Ronald James Fontenot, Jr. and Sarah Jane Fontenot and sister, Moira Fontenot, all of Charleston, SC, paternal grandfather Ronald James Fontenot, Sr. and his wife, Ruth of Pine Bluff, AR; paternal grandmother, Susie Fontenot of China TX and maternal grandfather, John Hansen of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Fontenot and maternal grandmother, Anne Hansen.
