Penny Elizabeth Fryar, 63, of North Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Sunday, May 24, 2026. Her Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026 at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 1:00 pm.

Penny was born January 21, 1963 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Francis Mellichamp and Alice Moore of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother, two sons, two sisters, aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends. She will be remembered as a generous soul.
