Peggy Ann Helmick, 83, of North Charleston, SC, widow of Samuel Thomas Helmick entered into eternal rest Sunday, February 6, 2022. Her graveside service will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 at Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Avenue at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road.

Peggy was born August 10, 1938 in Washoe County, NC, daughter of the late James Leslie Vickers and Beatrice Cleo McDaniel Vickers. She was a retired hospital Nurse.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Ann Helmick Beutler of Summerville, SC; son, Samuel Thomas Helmick, Jr. of North Charleston, SC; sister, Marie Hill and two brothers, Milton Vickers and Robert Vickers (Mae) all of North Carolina; grandson, Christopher Lee Helmick (Brittany); two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Charlotte.
