Peggy Ann Jacobs Garvin

Peggy Ann Jacobs Garvin, 59, of North Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, June 25, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2013 in the J.HENRY STUHR, INC DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, at 1:00 pm.. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Peggy was born January 12, 1954, in Berkeley County, South Carolina, the daughter of John Jacobs and Elizabeth Brown Jacobs. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by three sons Bennett Lee Garvin, III, of Hanahan, SC; Bennett Lee Garvin IV of James Island SC; Bennett Lee Garvin V, Stopover, KY; three daughters Rosie Nimmo of Ridgeville, SC; Elizabeth Ann Ahliel of Augusta, GA and Tammy Lynn Nimmo of Summerville, SC; eight grandchildren Madisyn Garvin, Emma Garvin, Cecil Ahliel, Jessica Ahliel, Jessica Ahliel, Jasmine Marie Ahliel, Kara Lyn Ledbetter, Chloie Craft, Donta Vious Nimmo, Ty'aziah Davis; and one great granddaughter Jocelynn Abagail Ahliel. Peggy is additionally survived by her sister Evelyn Susie Nimmo of Cottageville, SC; two uncles Harry Brown of Walterboro, SC; Frank Brown of North Charleston, SC; and one aunt Eleanor Reynolds of Walterboro, SC.
