Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Park Cemetery.
Diane was born on May 25, 1951, in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, daughter of the late Theodore L. Pollock and the late Kathryn Sylvia Blevins. She was the epitome of a devoted family woman, with her world revolving around her husband, children, and five beloved grandchildren. Diane’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family whom she built with her loving husband and “pal,” David.
Diane’s love for David was the cornerstone of her life. Together, they shared a partnership built on mutual respect, laughter, and unwavering support. David was not just her husband; he was her greatest adventure, and she often spoke of how he had given her the most fulfilling and beautiful life. Their bond was a testament to true love, and the memories they created together will continue to live in her heart and in the hearts of all who knew them.
An avid fan of shag music, Diane also cherished the moments spent with her sorority sisters at Gamma Row. She took immense pride in these friendships and the shared memories they created. Above all, her passion for family was unwavering, and she always made sure those around her felt valued and loved.
Diane is survived by her loving and devoted husband, David, daughters, Kathryn Flint and Elizabeth Miller, her son and daughter in law, Kevin Flint and Alex Ginsburg, her brother, Tom, and sister, Cathy, and her five grandchildren, Kristian, Hannah, Patrick, George, and Noah. She is also survived by many extended family members and close friends who were touched by her kindness and warmth.
In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby, mother, Kathryn, and son in law, Joshua Miller. Her legacy of love, devotion, and joy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. We miss her dearly.
