Peggy Burch Bailey, 80, of North Charleston, South Carolina, widow of James R. Bailey entered into eternal rest Thursday, August 31, 2017.Peggy was born March 1, 1937 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Charles Burch and Dorothy Roberts Burch.
Peggy is survived by her children, son, Charles Bryan Tucker of North Charleston, SC; son, James Warren Bailey of Greenville, TX; daughters, Brenda Kozielecki, Teri Lynn Bailey both of Summerville, SC; son, Brian Bailey of Summerville, SC; eight grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Burch, and a brother William Burch.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Children's Charity, PO BOX 30068, Charleston, SC 29417.
