Paula Diana Cooper Kelley, 73, of Decatur, Georgia, into eternal rest Wednesday, August 12, 2020. Her private Funeral Service will be held Sunday, August 16, 2020 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway with burial following in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.

Paula was born September 3, 1946 in Charleston, West Virginia, daughter of the late John Doliver Cooper and Helen Marie Via Cooper. She is survived by her son, Paul Edward Kelley (Cassie) of Decatur, GA; step-son, Keith Kelley of Mariana, FL; and two sisters: Mary Margaret Their of Middleton, OH and Marjorie Cooper Richards of Carrsville, VA. Paula loved her family and friends.

She so enjoyed her pastime of creating and collecting handmade arts and crafts. Most of all, she got the greatest joy from giving to others. Her loving, giving heart will be missed.
