Paul Eugene Cross, 79, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, The late husband of Janice Werner Cross entered into eternal rest Friday, April 4, 2025. A private gathering for family will be held at J. Henry Stuhr Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 4 until 6pm. Burial will take place at a later date in Ohio.

Paul was born October 5, 1945 in Akron, Ohio, son of the late Eugene Newton Cross and the late Gene Viering. He was a Master Fitter. Paul was known for his kindness and sense of humor. His favorite pastimes were fishing, golf and bowling, in no particular order.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Janice Werner Cross; daughter-in-law Melissa Cross; grandchildren Hunter, McKenna, and Bailey; brother, Donald Cross of Orville, OH; nephews and nieces, Michael, Ronald, Carol, and Brenda. Paul was predeceased by his son, Brian Paul Cross; his brother, Gerald Cross; and his sister, Carol Cross.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hibben United Methodist, 690 Coleman Blvd, Mount Pleasant, 29464.
