Mrs. Summers was born March 20, 1939 in Bluefield, VA. She was the daughter of the late Cisle McKinley Ruble and the late Mattie Faytola French Ruble Scott. Patsy was an Executive Vice President for Dominion National Bank.

She is survived by a son, William M. "Bill" Summers of Hollywood; a grandson, Alexander McKinley "Alex" Summers of Hollywood; a sister, Juanita Ruble Marrs and brother-in-law,William D. Marrs of Bluefield, VA; numerous nieces and nephews; cousins; brothers and sisters-in-law, Thomas and Shirley Summers of Roanoke, VA, and John Kenneth and June Summers of Maggie Valley, NC.
