Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of May 16, 2011, Patrick Mason Boynton.  Residence, Columbia, SC, formerly of James Island.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial services Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 10:00 am in James Island Presbyterian Church.  Interment services will be private.

Patrick was born December 12, 1990 in Charleston, SC, the son of Martin F. Boynton and Meri Lynn Atwood Boynton. 

He is survived by his parents of James Island, SC; one brother: Lance Corporal Martin P. Boynton, USMC of Iwakuni, Japan; one sister: Laura Grace Dean and her husband Eric of Chapel Hill, NC; Maternal Grandmother: Demaries Ann K. Atwood of James Island, SC; Paternal Grandfather: Albert F. "Pete" Boynton of Beaufort, NC. He is predeceased by his Maternal Grandfather, Basil Wayne "Bob" Atwood and his Paternal Grandmother, Bernice Rose Boynton.
