Patricia "Tricia" Ann Rabun

Patricia "Tricia" A. Rabun, 70, of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Roper Hospital in Charleston, SC. Her memorial service will be held Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Mt.Pleasant Presbyterian Church, 302 Hibben Street at 3:00PM. Arrangements by J HENRY STUHR, INC., 1494 Mathis Ferry Road, Mt Pleasant.

Born on March 4, 1948 in Charleston, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Bernice Rabun. Tricia graduated from St. Andrews High School and continued to Winthrop College and the University of South Carolina. She was employed as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Roper Hospital and St. Francis Healthcare from August 1979 until her retirement in September 2014. Tricia was dedicated to maintaining her school and workplace friends. She cherished friends, family and God which she said were the greatest gifts in her life. Tricia was a member of Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church where she was loved and supported by so many members.

Her mother was from Harleyville, SC and her father was from Warrenton, GA. Patricia's parents were very involved with the Exchange Club of Charleston. The "Bunny" and Ray Rabun Scholarship Endowment was established in 2007 as part of the Exchange Club of Charleston's Ace Award which honors high school seniors who have overcome great obstacles. Patricia continued contributions after the death of her parents.
