Patricia Bourne Palmer Patricia Bourne Palmer, 85, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of James Lynah Palmer, Sr., entered into eternal rest Wednesday, April 12, 2017. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017, in St.. John's Parish Church at 12:00 p.m.. The family will receive friends at the church after the service for a reception.
