Patricia Ann Osborne O'Leary

Patricia Ann Osborne O'Leary, 81, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of John "Jack" Francis O'Leary died after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia, Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Her Funeral Service will be held Sunday, April 1, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Road. The family will receive friends in the Mount Pleasant Chapel on Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 5:00 until 8:00 pm.

Patricia was born October 1, 1936 in Grove City, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late James E. Osborne and the late Helen Mildred Reeher Osborne. She graduated from the St. Francis Nursing School in 1984 and was of the Methodist faith. Patricia was devoted to her family. Our mother was a special lady and our father showed us all how to honor our for "better or worse" vows.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Jack O'Leary of Mt. Pleasant, SC; four daughters, Jackie O'Rourke (Tom) of Mount Pleasant, SC, Cindy Squeglia (Frank) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Marlene O'Leary of Charleston, SC and Kelley Chapman (Jeff) of Cary, NC; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Betty Horn, Dorothy Patterson and Jean Hileman.

We are never ready for our loved one to physically leave us but now there is one more angel smiling down over us.
