Patricia "Diane" Foley

Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 14, 2011, Patricia "Diane" Foley, widow of John Martin Foley. Residence, Summerville, SC. The relatives and friends of Mrs. Patricia Foley are invited to attend her funeral service in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel on Friday, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Diane was born on September 10, 1946 in Charleston, SC, one of 15 children of David Means Powell, Jr. and Lola Liona Blackwell Powell. She was a former material controller in the Steel industry.

She is survived by her daughters: Denise Dean and her husband Michael Lane of Ladson, SC, Lisa Barnett and her husband Michael Clayton of Morristown, TN, Amanda Hutchison and her husband Russell "Bojo" of Ladson; five grandchildren: Michael Barnett Jr. and his wife Elizabeth Irene, John Michael Dean, Timothy Russell Dean, Carlie Renee Barnett, Heather Nicole Barnett; one great-grandchild, Austin Chase Barnett; sisters: Evelyn Garrett, Dora McKoon, Linda Burrelli and Bonnie Conley.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to American Heart Association of SC, 409 King Street, Suite 300, Charleston, SC 29403 and/or American Lung Association in South Carolina, 44-A Markfield Drive, Charleston, SC 29407.
