Patricia Ann “Patti” Jaeger Henslee, 62, of Charleston, left to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, January 29, 2024. She was born in Groton, Connecticut on April 9, 1961, to Mary and Joseph Jaeger. Patti graduated from Bishop England High, class of 1979 and began working for Rogers and Brown, LLC, the next day on June 1, 1979, and worked there for over 44 years. She married the love of her life, Michael Henslee, April 4, 1987. Patti was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Patti is survived by her loving and devoted husband of over 36 years, Michael Claud Henslee, son Michael Joseph Henslee (Krissy), stepdaughter Claudia Elizabeth Dove (Bill), four grandchildren, Jasper and Dexter Henslee, Caylin Porter and Rylan Dove, her four siblings Steven (Darlene) Jaeger; Jeanne (Bill) Horne, Dorothy (Vicki) Jaeger; Edward (Joanna) Jaeger, and four nieces and seven nephews.
A visitation will be held at J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy, Charleston, SC 29414, Friday, February 9, 2024, at 6:00 pm with prayer vigil at approximately 7:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial to be held, Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Saint John Catholic Church, 3921 St. Johns Ave, North Charleston, SC 29045 at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow Mass at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406 .
The family respectfully requests that no flowers be sent, but rather, memorial donations be made in her memory to Roper Bone Marrow Transplant Unit or Saint John Catholic School.
