Pamela Midden Conlin

Pamela Midden Conlin, 51, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of John C. Conlin, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, August 11, at 11:00 am at Saint Benedicts Catholic Church, 950 Darrell Creek Trail, Mt Pleasant, SC 29466. The family will receive friends the night prior on Sunday, August 10th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at J. Henry Stuhr, Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Pamela was born September 20, 1973, in Louisville, Kentucky, and raised by her late mother Linda L. Spalding, and the late Jerry M. Midden and Ellisa Garrett. After growing up in Athens and graduating from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), Pam worked in Atlanta, GA as a recruiter early in her career. She later settled in Charleston, SC where she led Sonepar's Talent Acquisition department. She retired from Sonepar in December 2021 after being diagnosed with breast cancer. With the care of her expert medical team, she successfully beat breast cancer; however, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in November 2023. Pam took the most pride in being an incredible wife, mother, sister, and friend to so many. Her vibrant smile and caring demeanor always lit up the room, and her instinctual ability to connect with everyone around her was infectious. If you were around Pam, you weren't a stranger for long. More than anything, Pam was a warrior. She made the tough look easy. We will truly miss her unconditional love, support and kindness to all who knew her. Her perpetual light will continue to shine.

She is survived by her husband, John; her children, Gabriel and Makenzie; her sister, Rebecca Clark (Tim) of Roswell, GA; her niece, Ellie Clark; her nephew, Noah Clark; and her mother, Ellisa Garrett of Athens, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents; Jerry M. Midden and mother, Linda L. Spalding.
