Olga Garfinkel Weinstein, 95, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Samuel S. Weinstein entered into eternal rest Monday, April 22, 2013. Her funeral services will be held at the graveside Tuesday, April 23, 2013 in Brith Sholom Beth Israel Cemetery "Maryville", Sycamore Avenue, at 4:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.

Olga was born August 26, 1917 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Sam Garfinkel and Annie Garfinkel. She was a graduate of Memminger High School and a member of Brith Sholom Beth Israel Synagogue.

She is survived by her two daughters, Elaine W. Forrest (Jerry Rosen, MD) of New York, NY and Carolyn W. Knight (Bill) of Newton, MA; one son, Michael N. Weinstein, MD (Joan) of Newton, MA; three grandchildren, Melissa Cordish (John), Jonathan Fishman (Jennifer) and Sienna Weinstein; five great grandchildren, Sam, Asher and Ben Cordish, Jaden and Bella Fishman; one brother, Nathan Garfinkle of Charleston, SC and one sister, Sandra G. Shapiro of Portland, OR.

Olga was an adoring grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her especially her nieces, nephews and her wonderful caregiver, Stephanie Palmer.
