Kim Wu, 58, of Ladson, SC, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015 in the Charleston Korean United Methodist Church at 7:30 pm. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road.
Ok was born June 10, 1956 in Korea and immigrated to the US at age 20. She was the owner of Sonny's Beauty Supply in Ladson. Ok was active in her church and made the floral arrangements. She was a devoted grandmother.
She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Kim Wilson and her husband Daniel and Sheena Navy and her husband Jason all of Ladson, SC; four grandchildren, Miah Dixon, Damien Goins, Bryson Wilson, Cain Kerchner.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Charleston Korean United Methodist Church, 2745 Shadow Lane. North Charleston SC 29406.
