Nynetta Schultz Ackerman, 78, wife of Milton Nathaniel Ackerman of Shulerville, SC, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012. The relatives and friends of Nynetta Ackerman are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Monday, February 27, 2012 in J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Halfway Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Mount Pleasant Chapel on Sunday, February 26, 2012 from 4:00 until 6:00 pm.
Nynetta was born on September 15, 1933 in Shulerville, South Carolina, daughter of the late Wilbur Schultz and Mary Elizabeth Blakely Schultz. She worked at Young Clement and Tisdale etal, Law Firm as their accountant. Nynetta was a member of Bethany Pentacostal Holiness Church for more than 45 years. She was very faithful to the Lord and the church she attended. Nynetta was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved her family and she was loved by her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Milton Ackerman of Shulerville, SC; daughter, Melanie Gosnell and her husband, David, of Moncks Corner, SC; sons, Daryl Ackerman, Randy Ackerman, Joe Ackerman, and Timmy Ackerman, all of Shulerville, SC; brothers, Stanford Schultz and Jimmy Schultz and his wife, Marcia; sisters, Ima Haselden and her husband, Jim, and Blanche Haselden and her husband, Kenneth; seven grandchildren, Joel, Patrick, Jody, Misty, Brianna, Lindsay and Meghan and six great grandchildren, Emma, Shelby, Blythe, Carrie, Mia and Arianna; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny Schultz and Oliver Schultz.
