Norma Anne Gendreau

Norma Anne Kammerer Gendreau, 61, of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. The relatives and friends of Norma Anne Gendreau are invited to attend a Celebration of Her Life on Saturday, March 3, 2012 in J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL at 11:00 am. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Norma was born on August 9, 1950 in Bronxville, New York, daughter of Gloria Carey Kammerer and the late William Thomas Kammerer. She was a mail carrier for the US Post Office and was a member of the Coastal Carolina Corvette Club.

She is survived by her long-time love, Lawrence "Lucky" Lynn of Mt. Pleasant, SC who considered Norma his "Sugar Pie," her loving daughter: Pilar Waits and her husband, J.R. of Wando; two grandchildren, Greta and Guerin Waits, both of Wando; three brothers: Carey P. Kammerer of Stuart, FL, W. Thomas Kammerer, II of Newport, RI, Neil Kammerer of Loganville, GA; her sister: Moira Kammerer of Manning, SC; and her niece and nephews.
