Nichole Elizabeth (Niki) Freeman of Mount Pleasant, 34, formerly of Coshocton, Ohio, died suddenly at her home on October 23rd. A Celebration of Niki's life will be held Thursday, October 27, 2011 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 4:00 PM. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. A Memorial Service will take place at Grace United Methodist Church, Coshocton, Ohio Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Born on December 16, 1976, in Coshocton, the daughter of Fleet Freeman of Mount Pleasant and Maria R. Freeman of Coshocton. Niki lived most of her life in the Coshocton area moving to Mount Pleasant in 2008. She graduated from River View High School and was valedictorian of her radiology class at Muskingum Area Technical College in 2006. She worked at Coshocton Memorial Hospital before moving to South Carolina and recently was employed at East Cooper Medical Center. Niki had a special and loving relationship with her son, Javin. She was a free spirit who loved her family, her profession and the helpless animals she adopted. Niki is now freed from earthly things and in the hands of God. She is survived by her parents, a brother, Matthew Freeman(Christine), of Coshocton, and two half-sisters, Wendi Freeman of Mount Pleasant and Alycia Freeman of San Francisco, a son, Javin Freeman Gress of the home, stepmother, Maria Moore Freeman, and several aunts and uncles. She is also survived by her two special nephews, Coleton Freeman and Asher Freeman. Also surviving is Nichole's paternal grandmother, Dolly Freeman. Her grandfather, James W. Freeman, and maternal grandparents, Betty McCoy and Elwood Fansler predeceased her.
