Naomi "Scoff" Patton Leonard, 92, of North Charleston, SC, died Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Her funeral service will be held Friday, June 12, 2015 in the First Baptist Church of North Charleston, 4217 Rivers Avenue at 11:00 am. Interment, Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road.

Naomi was born November 26, 1922 in Startex, SC, daughter of the late Lott Patton and the late Estelle Huntsinger Patton. She was a time clock clerk at the Charleston Naval Ship Yard during WWII. She also worked in the credit department for Sears Roebuck and as a time keeper at Robinson's. She was a member of First Baptist Church of North Charleston.

She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be dearly missed by her sons, Michael Leonard and his wife Kathy of North Charleston, SC and Larry Leonard and his wife Trisha of Mount Pleasant, SC; sister, Vicki Jo Curry and her husband Bill of Hanahan, SC; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Herman Leonard and brother, Bud Patton.
