Nancy Leece Roberts

Nancy Leece Roberts, 71, wife of the late John Walter Roberts, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on Monday, February 14, 2011.  The relatives and friends of Nancy Roberts are invited to attend her Funeral Service at the graveside on Friday, February 18, 2011 in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens at 1:00 p.m.  The family will receive friends in J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL on Thursday, February 17, 2011 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Mrs. Roberts was born January 14, 1940 in Tazewell, Virginia, daughter of the late Charles William Leece and Mary Thelma Lewey Leece.  She graduated from The College of William and Mary and was a retired elementary school teacher with Charleston County Schools. She is survived by her son, John Leece Roberts and his wife, Allison, of Mt. Pleasant, SC and two grandchildren, Griffin Leece Roberts and MaryGrayson Calhoun Roberts, both of Mt. Pleasant, SC. Mrs. Roberts' family would like to extend their appreciation to her caregivers, Otharine Singleton and Lynn Repique. The family requests that donations be made to the Hospice of Charleston Foundation, 676 Wando Park Blvd., Mt. Pleasant, SC  29464.
