Nada Jean Roberts, 79, of Summerville, South Carolina, wife of William Roberts entered into eternal rest Friday, January 31, 2014. Her Funeral Service will be Tuesday, February 4, 2014, in St. George's Episcopal Church, 9110 Dorchester Road, at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkway.

Jean was born August 9, 1934 in Pikeville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Edgar Akers and Stella Tackett Akers. Jean was an office manager with Branham Lumber Company in Robinson Creek, KY for fifteen years plus, she worked at Hymans Wholesale for many years and also was an office manager for BSBI Synagogue for over twenty years.

She is survived by her husband, William Roberts; son, Jerry Roberts (Jennifer) all of Summerville, SC; son, Tracy Roberts (Kathleen) of Pinopolis, SC; daughter, Staci Roberts Parker (Scott) of Lilington, NC; brother, Leonard Townsend and sister, Irene Ray, both of North Charleston, SC; five grandchildren: Stacee Roberts, Shayna Parker, Benjamin Parker, Zachary and Alexander Roberts; and one great-grandchild, Carleigh Ireton.
