Myra Nell Massalon

Myra Nell Massalon, 59, of Walterboro, SC, wife of Robert G. Massalon, Jr. entered into eternal rest Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 5, 2024 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 2:00 pm.  Interment, Old Sardis Cemetery, Dutton, AL. The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service.

Myra was born July 7, 1964 in Dutton, AL, daughter of the late Ernest "Dugan" Lee Treece and the late Rosie Lee Otinger Treece.  She was a Secretary in the medical industry.   Myra was a country girl who loved to hunt and fish.  She also enjoyed cooking and knitting.

She is survived by six siblings: Edith Blizzard of Dutton, AL, Danny Treece of Dutton, AL, Frieda (Tate) Lee of Dutton, AL, Garry Treece (Beverley) of Hunegar, AL, Lesa White of Rainsville, AL, Chris (Tabatha) Treece of Flatrock, AL; and many loved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings: Ernest Treece, Jr., Martha Lee, Glenda Summerford and Larry Treece.
