Myra Taylor Holcombe

Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of July 30, 2010, Myra Taylor Holcombe, widow of Earl Bernard Holcombe.  Residence, Charleston, SC.  The family will hold private services in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Holcombe was born April 28, 1916 in New York, the daughter of Owen Ezekiel Taylor and Ella Timmerman Taylor.  

She is survived by two daughters, Roxanne H. Petit and Beverly C. Holcombe, both of Charleston; three grandchildren, Louis Donald Petit, Jr., Deborah Petit Hawkins and Kenneth G. Petit; and four great grandchildren, Brian Hawkins, Emma Taylor Hawkins, Jennifer Petit and Nicolas Petit.

Memorials may be made to Serenity Palliative Hospice Care, 635 E. Bay Street, Charleston, SC  29403.
