Mylinda "Mindy" Anne Ent, 41, of Awendaw, South Carolina, passed away at home on Thursday, July 31, 2014 after a nine month battle with cancer. Her Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 7, 2014 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 pm until the time of the service.

Mindy was born June 5, 1973 in Brookville, Pennsylvania, to Mary Anne Ent and the late James Yori. Mindy graduated from Brookville Area High School in 1992. She worked at Sheetz, then moved to Awendaw, SC with her parents, Mary Anne and Terry Whetstone. She was currently employed at Wal-Mart in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Her favorite things to do were going out on her parents' boat, fishing, and spending time with her many friends.

She is survived by her parents, Terry and Mary Anne Whetstone of Awendaw, SC; two half-sisters; her step-brothers and step-sisters; her aunts and uncles; and her many friends.
