Morris Wall Fairley

Morris Wall Fairley, 86, of Hanahan, SC, husband of the late Mary Spradley Fairley died Sunday, January 18, 2015. His funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 in the Highland Park Baptist Church, 6211 Murray Drive at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Highland Park Baptist Church. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.
Morris was born August 21, 1928 in Russelville, South Carolina, son of the late Morris Wogen Fairley and the late Mary Delyor Rast Fairley. He was a Vice President for Palmetto Pile Driving Inc., and its family companies since December of 1952.
He is survived by daughter, Nancy Fairley of Columbia; son, Walter Fairley of Hanahan and son-in-law, Maxie Chaplin of Cross. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda Chaplin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Highland Park Baptist Church, 6211 Murray Drive, Hanahan, SC 29410.
