Morgan Linley Swain

June 21, 1989 — August 7, 2021

A beautiful soul left this earth on August 7, 2021.

Morgan shared this post with us and we feel it appropriate to share at this time.

"PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: As of this very moment, I can no longer accommodate new clients because I AM MOVING.

Ya girl is ready for the next phase in this life and in this career soooo yeah, that's what I'm doing. I've got so much love for everyone at Strawberry Blonde Salon and obviously Charleston living has been a real good time, HOWEVER... I want to do something different. That's it. No dramatic story or tear felt goodbye like I don't have a choice in the matter, because I most certainly do. Honestly the choice was simple: spread these wings and go do my thing ! Here's the tea, y'all... whether we like it or not, growth doesn't happen inside of our comfort zones and opportunities don't just com a'knockin' if you haven't even built the door, do you feel me? I learned that a long time ago. So yeah, I built a door a big one! And then a whole lotta opportunities knocked on it and now I get to go do cool stuff in a cool salon in a cool city. Like, I legit got to choose what sounded like the most fun! I had OPTIONS, y'all. It's that can't stop/won't stop energy...

My last day at the salon is 9/16. Thanks to everyone who's been supportive of me along this journey, thanks to my clients for trusting me, thanks to Amanda for believing in me and thanks to Strawberry Blonde for being the perfect place for me to grow as a stylist and as a person!"
