Mildred Sue Pavlisko, 95, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, widow of Robert Joseph Pavlisko entered into eternal rest Thursday, December 16, 2021. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2021, in All Saints Lutheran Church, 2107 N. Highway 17 at 9:00 am, followed by burial at 2:00 pm in Beaufort National Cemetery, Beaufort SC. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Millie was born August 18, 1926 in Asheville, North Carolina, daughter of the late William Pritchard Hensley and Ona Lambert Hensley. She enjoyed working with children as a teacher in the nursery school at Faith United Church of Christ in Richmond Heights, OH. She also worked as a switch board operator with Southern Bell during World War II. She was a faithful and active member of All Saints Lutheran Church in Mt. Pleasant, SC for 22 years, where she was also a long-time member of the Thursday Morning Bible Study Group. She served as Secretary of the group, sending out birthday, anniversary, sympathy, and other cards for special occasions within the church family. Millie's warm smile and caring nature were her trademarks, and she was much loved by all those around her.

She is survived by her two sons, Robert Pavlisko (Rosemary) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Joseph Daniel Pavlisko (Sue) of Kirtland, OH; two daughters, Linda Diane Hollifield (John) of Milton, FL, and Sandra Dean Roethel of Richmond Heights, OH; her brother, Paul Hensley and sister Deana Reynolds (Charles), both of Asheville, NC. She was preceded in death by her brother, Joe Hensley (Mary) and sister, Martha Manning. Millie was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother who cherished her eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
