Mildred Giles, 85, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, widow of Paul Ray Giles entered into eternal rest Sunday, December 5, 2021. Her funeral service will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021, in First Baptist Church of Mount Pleasant with entombment following in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 8, 2021 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.

Mildred was born June 19, 1936 in Greenville, South Carolina, daughter of the late James Harry Gilreath and Mildred Auerbach Gilreath. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Mount Pleasant and the Garden of Grace Sunday School Class.

Mildred is survived by her daughter, Carol Giles Williams, and a grandson, Alex Lawrence (Allison) both of Charleston, SC. She is preceded in death by her son, James Clifford Giles.
