Michael Lee Walden, 36, of Ladson, SC, entered into eternal rest Friday, June 24, 2022. His Funeral Service will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 12:00 pm.  Interment to follow at Riverview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday from one hour prior to the service. 

Michael was born February 2, 1986 in Charleston, SC, son of William Lee Walden and Sharon Louise Carroll Smith.  He was a Maintenance Technician.  Michael enjoyed fishing and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.  He also enjoyed reading and studying his Bible.  He was a member of Miles Road Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sharon and Sam Smith of Ladson SC; father, William Lee Walden (Dorothy Young); brother, Cody Allen Walden; nephew, Noah S Walden. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Elizabeth Carroll and Zonell Carroll and paternal grandparents, Melvin R Walden and Irene Elizabeth Walden.
