Michael Wallace Schiffiano, 64, of North Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Cathy Schiffiano (nee Murphy) entered into eternal rest Friday, April 21, 2017. His Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2017 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC. NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time.

Michael was born September 24, 1952 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Anthony F. Schiffiano and Margaret Schiffiano. He was a member of Northwoods Assembly and a member of the Songwriters Association.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Schiffiano of North Charleston, SC; two daughters, Christine S. Pederson of NE; Andrea Low (Michael) of Charleston, SC, two sons, Christopher Smith of Cincinatti, OH; Eric Smith (Venessa) of Cincinatti, OH; sister, Angela Dorsey (Jesse), North Charleston, SC; Suzzette Schiffiano, North Charleston; and six grandchildren.
