Entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, Michael Wayne McDaniel, 58, husband of Lynn McEachern McDaniel of Charleston. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Old St. Andrews Parish Church, 2604 Ashley River Road. Mr. McDaniel was born on November 8, 1953 in Charleston, SC. He was the son of the late Frances Holden McDaniel. He was a former member of Old St. Andrews Parish Church where he served as an acolyte.

He loved traveling, was an avid pool player and a member of the American Pool Players Association.

Survivors include his wife, Lynn McDaniel; three sons, Michael Christopher McDaniel (Chanel) of Charleston, Donald Stephen Alderman (Jenny) of Johns Island, and John M. Alderman of Charleston; a sister, Linda Dukes (Butch) of Summerville; three grandchildren, Lyla McDaniel, Dylan Alderman and Jack Alderman.
