Michael Neal Hoover, 74, of Summerville, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Saturday, December 27, 2025. His Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2026 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Rd. at 1:00 pm. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens.

Michael was born December 8, 1951 in Abington, Pennsylvania, son of the late John Andrew Hoover and the late Sonia Mathile Gatter Hoover.

He is survived by a brother, Bruce Hoover (Janet) of Bloxom, VA; and sister, Carol Balabushka (George) of Wadmalaw Island, SC.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
