Michael Thomas Bendure, Sr., 53, of North Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Holly J. Huntsman Bendure, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnel Parkway. Michael’s Funeral Service will be held Sunday, March 24, 2024 in the Point Hope Church, 3404 Turgot Lane at 3:00 pm. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2024 in Beaufort National Cemetery at 12:00 pm.
 
Michael was born July 6, 1970 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, son of Mary Frances Orner Bendure and the late Thomas Bendure.
 
In addition to his wife and mother, Michael is survived by his children, Hailey Rene Sweet, Hannah Diane Bendure, and Michael Thomas Bendure, Jr.; and sisters, Beth Bost and Julie Clark.
 
Memorial donations may be made in Michael’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project and to the American Liver Foundation.
