Michael J. Baker

Michael J. Baker entered his next phase of life on Sunday, April 3, 2011 after a brave battle with lung cancer. A private service will celebrate Michael's earthly life. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Friends may visit Tuesday, April 5 and Wednesday April 6 from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Michael's home (919 Overview Court, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464) for Shiva and to celebrate his life. Michael you will be missed. 

A resident of Mt. Pleasant, SC, he is survived by his wife, Hedy Baker; sisters, Linda Baker, Hollis Baker and brother, Jon Baker; three nephews, Jack Siegel, Ely Siegel, Joshua Leder and one niece, Jenna Leder. No flowers please.  Donations may be made to The Global Hunger Project, 5 Union Square West, 7^th Floor, New York, NY  10003 or the Alzheimer's Association, 2090 Executive Hall Road, Suite 130, Charleston, SC  29407.
