May Robertson Reynolds, 79, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, died Thursday, December 24, 2015. Her Funeral Service will be held graveside Sunday, December 27, 2015 in the Magnolia Cemetery, 70 Cunnington Avenue, at 3:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel.
May was born October 6, 1936 in Charlotte, North Carolina, daughter of the late Lewis Ford Robertson and the late Augusta Steele Rose Robertson. May was a tour guide for over 20 years in Charleston. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening. She was a member of First (Scots) Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her son, Edward J. Reynolds, Jr. (Abby) of Mount Pleasant, SC; her sister, Elizabeth "Betty" R. Causey of Lincolnton, NC; and her brother, Lewis R. Robertson, Jr. of Raleigh, NC.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ann Kirkland Reynolds.
