Mary Otis Williams

Mary Otis Williams, 92, of North Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Jessie Williams, died Saturday, July 9, 2016. Her funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTH AREA CHAPEL, 2119 Dorchester Road. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour before the service.
Mary was born April 13, 1924 in Montgomery, Louisiana, one of eleven children of the late George Allen Lewis and the late Eva Christy Lewis. She was a member of Wando Woods Baptist Church where she also taught kindergarten. She was a member of Eastern Star.
She is survived by her son, Donald Williams; two daughters, Cheryl Ford (Jim) and Connie Anderson (Kenny); six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; a sister, Lee Florence Allen; and a brother, Rabin Lewis.
