Mary Harbor Watson

Mary Harbor Watson, 8, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, March 28, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, March 31, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive friends 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Harbor was born April 10, 2009 in Charleston, SC, daughter of Joshua Owen Watson and Turner Gresham Watson. She was a 3rd grader at Drayton Hall Elementary School. Harbor was vibrant, and loved to dance competitively, enjoyed tap, contemporary and ballet styles, she danced 3 to 6 days a week. Harbor enjoyed painting, drawing reading, she was a great student. She may have been the youngest - but she was in charge.

She is survived by her mother, Turner Watson of Charleston, SC, father, Josh Watson of Raleigh, NC, brother, Owen Watson of Charleston, SC; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James L. Miers of Charleston, SC, Mr. and Mrs. Joe J. Gresham of Murrells Inlet, SC, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Stancil of Wilson, NC, and Mr. Donnie Ray Watson of Wilson, NC; aunts, uncles and cousins, Leigh and Kamen Lightsey, and children Cooper and Kaleigh; Christina Watson, and children Eli, Gabe and Sam; Daniel Strange, and daughter Ela; Will Hickerson, and daughter Maddy; Ashley Hickerson; Chris and Gina Myers and children C.J. and Hiley and Brody; Lauren Miers, and son Austin Miers.
