Mary Reeves Simons, 95, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, April 9, 2021. Her funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2021 in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road where family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Mary was born April 12, 1925 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Charles and Cleasie Reeves. She was active before retirement in many community projects. She was a former member of First Baptist Church of Mount Pleasant and a former board member of Charleston County Library.

Mary is survived by two sons, Robert D. Simons (Paula) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and Charles W. Simons of North Charleston, SC; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Simons.
