Mary E. Phillips, 93, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, wife of the late Leroy A.Phillips entered into eternal rest Saturday, June 8, 2024. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2024 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 2:00 pm.  Interment to follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel.

Mary was born November 19, 1930 in Williamsburg, South Carolina, daughter of Hedley L. Morris and Emma Lucille Coker Morris.  

She is survived by children, Sylvia J. Hawkins (Larry) of Ladson, SC, Emily G. Smith (Ron) of Ladson, SC and Al Howard (Kelli) of Goose Creek, SC; five grandsons; one granddaughter; three great grandsons; and one great granddaughter; brother, Glen Morris of NC.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by one son Roger E. Howard (Susie of AZ).
