Mary Cynthia "Cindy" Herman Nolte, 57, wife of Dr. Frederick S. "Rick" Nolte of Mt. Pleasant, SC, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2010.   A Celebration of her life will be at a later date. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Mrs. Nolte was born August 10, 1952 in Plainfield, New Jersey, daughter of the late Russel Harold Herman and Linda Hillman Herman. She was a legal assistant in a law office. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Frederick "Rick" Nolte of Mt. Pleasant, SC; step-mother, Sandra Herman of Greenwich, CT; two daughters, Rachael Lynn Fogleman and her husband, Michael, of Atlanta, GA and Victoria Lee Jones and her husband, Sean, of Mt. Pleasant, SC; one grandson, Dylan Fogleman of Atlanta, GA; three sisters, Melissa Novalis of Morristown, NJ, Christina Smith of Easton, PA, and Tammy Martone of Pompton Plains, NJ and two brothers, Russ Herman of Mendham, NJ and Douglas Herman of Stamford, CT.
